General Information on Purchase of Products
- Colours on screen may vary due to the lighting and colour resolution of different screens
- Your order is only secured when payment has been made, and you receive an order confirmation via email
- Upon checkout, if you receive an error message that says the item in your cart is unavailable, it means that the item(s) have been checked out by another buyer
- In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you via email for a secondary option. You may opt for a refund as well in this case
- We reserve the final right to accept or reject any order.
Discount Code/ Credit Voucher
- Discount codes/ credit vouchers must be applied before you complete the checkout process
- There will be no refund if the code/ voucher is not applied to your order
- We appreciate your support and patience with us should we fail to deliver in a timely manner as we are a small local budding team.
- Lead time for processing orders will be approximately 1-2 working days.
- For new launched and sales period, processing time can take up to 3-4 working days due to surge in sales.
- For orders made over the weekend, orders will be delivered on Monday.
- Keep a look out for an email notification from us after your parcel has been dropped at local post offices.
